To cook the perfect turkey, the culinary team seasons each bird with a series of secret spices for 24 hours. The turkey marinates in a water bath for 12 hours, and then placed in the hot oven to crisp and brown the skin.
Roast Turkey (approx. 8-9kg) - Stuffing (250g), Cranberry Sauce (120ml), Giblet Gravy (700ml), Roasted Carrots (600g), Roasted Potatoes (1.2kg)
