Rose Petal Jam
Mandarin Oriental's signature Rose Petal Jam was inspired by our Executive Pastry Chef Yves Matthey's mother. Growing up in Switzerland, Chef Yves would help her package jam during the summer for the long winter months. Here, Chef Yves improvised his mother's recipe and added fresh rose buds. A must-have for visitors and locals alike, our iconic Rose Petal Jam makes a wonderful gift and is best served with our warm scones and clotted cream during Afternoon Tea service, or as an accompaniment to fresh madeleines.
