Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong's Rose Petal Jam has been a signature item since it was introduced at The Mandarin Cake Shop in 1987. The recipe is a closely guarded secret and a must-have for visitors and locals alike. 

Taste of Tea is a custom tea blend consists of oolong tea leaves, jasmine flowers, orange peel, sugar, vanilla, lavender and natural flavouring. It features subtle sweet spicy notes of vanilla and cocoa-caramel.
