- Only valid for redemption at The Mandarin Barber at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
- Valid from the date of purchase until 15 December 2024.
- Membership is valid from the date of purchase for 12 months.

- Guest must mention their order number and that the experience was purchased online, at the time of reservation.
- Membership Package includes all the services of The Mandarin Barber.

- Physical vouchers are only available upon request and will take a minimum of 4 workings days to prepare. Vouchers may then be collected directly from The Mandarin Barber.
