All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation.
Cafe Causette reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable. In such circumstances, the guest will be contacted accordingly.
The available pick-up time from 11:45am to 10:30pm.
Guests are requested to collect their orders at the confirmed pick-up time stated in the order confirmation.
Guests may be required to present their order confirmation or order number upon collection.
Delivery service is available only within designated delivery areas in Hong Kong.
Available delivery times, delivery areas and applicable delivery charges will be indicated during the ordering process.
The guest is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact telephone number.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, building access restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery location and time.
All food items are freshly prepared and packaged with care.
For the best quality and food safety, guests are recommended to consume the food promptly upon collection or delivery and to follow any storage or reheating instructions provided.
Cafe Causette cannot guarantee the quality or condition of food items if collection is substantially delayed or if food is improperly stored after collection or delivery.
Guests with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should inform us before placing an order.
While reasonable care is taken during preparation, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.
Guests with severe allergies are advised to contact Cafe Causette directly before placing an order.
Requests to amend or cancel an order are subject to the status of the order and should be made as early as possible.
Once food preparation has commenced, amendments, cancellations or refunds may not be accepted.
Certain promotional, seasonal, festive, customised or advance-order items may be non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Applicable delivery charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed before payment is completed.
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless otherwise specified.
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Pick-up and delivery services may be suspended, delayed or adjusted due to typhoons, black rainstorm warnings, severe weather, transportation disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where services are affected, Cafe Causette will endeavour to contact affected guests and make appropriate arrangements.
Cafe Causette reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Cafe Causette shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
