Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Paul Chan, this exclusive afternoon tea is thoughtfully paired with three Saicho single-origin sparkling tea expressions — the newly launched Osmanthus, alongside Darjeeling and Hojicha — celebrating a refined interplay of flavour and artistry.
This limited-time collaboration marks a harmonious meeting of culinary craftsmanship and contemporary tea artistry, available exclusively at Clipper Lounge. Guests will also receive a bespoke mystery box, adding a touch of discovery to the experience.
