Café Macchiato
HKD548.00
Inspired by the Italian Caffè Macchiato, this refined dessert showcases Ethiopia coffee roasted in Hong Kong. Layers of crisp hazelnut brittle and moist hazelnut sponge alternate with a rich, velvety coffee cream and light mascarpone mousse, revealing a melt-in-your-mouth center of hazelnut and coffee praline.
