A contemporary interpretation of the French Paris-Brest, featuring a crispy hazelnut layer, moist hazelnut sponge, silky crémeux and airy hazelnut mousse. The creation is finished with a delicate choux pastry filled with traditional hazelnut pastry cream and glazed with a Paris-Brest praline. Made exclusively with premium Piedmont hazelnuts.
